Fan Mail
hello folks at this podcast. I have to tell you how much I have enjoyed listening to your episodes; more than enjoyed. I am a grandmother, I had five children, and four of them are now married and beginning their families. We will soon have our sixth grandchild! I have been so amazed at my daughters' birth experiences, quite different from mine, although I had incredible care and good experiences in several different settings. I had my first child in a hospital in New York state, my second and third children in a hospital in Germany, and my last two in a private birthing center.. Even since my first grandchild was born almost 4 years ago, my daughters and daughters-in-law have been introduced to gestalt breastfeeding, particularly the Possums approach by Dr. Pamela Douglas out of Australia. I have been so amazed to see how successful this has been for them, and I wish that so many more moms knew about it. I am curious if you are familiar with it, I would think you must be, and I'm wondering if you've done or would consider doing a episode on it. I know I am not your target audience, but having had five children myself, and having the privilege of watching my children become parents makes me an enthusiast (All over again) for what is best for Mom and baby. Anyways, I Love what you're doing, thank you very much, and keep it coming!
